Customer needed instructions on how to align the arm pieces and what piece was missing (one of the screws holding the arm in place). She temporary fixed it with paper clips, but Bob found a replacement parts website (http://www.ultralighting.ca/brand-dainolite/halogen-desk-lamp/sku-V865-dlha102-bk). We used the photo from the seller to show customer how to align the arms and counter weight.
