Bottom paper tray feeder: glue holding plastic gear on feeder shaft had failed. Gear was spinning freely on the shaft and was no longer transfer power to the secondary roller/feeder shaft.
Top scanner feeder: rollers had some dust/gunk on them. Nothing too noticeable but cleaning them all resulted in the feeder working well again, so I can assume that was the problem.

Bottom paper tray feeder not working (not feeding any paper). Also top scanner feeder inconsistently feeding paper and/or jamming a lot.

Wat heb je gedaan om het te repareren?
Bottom paper tray feeder: Super-glued the gear back onto the shaft. Could not test the feeder to verify the fix since the printer was out of ink (printer refused to do anything without ink), but customer will test at home. They were shown where the problem was and advised to try epoxying the gear back on if the superglue fails.
Top scanner feeder: cleaned all rollers with No Flash & a Q-tip.
