Transformers don't appear to work. Cable insulation also badly worn at connection to transformer in one set and just starting to go on the other but do appear to have continuity.

What did you do, what advice did you give?
Advised customer to try lights with alternative good transformers and transformers with alternative good lights at home. If transformers found definitely at fault to buy replacements - we can resolder and heat shrink new cables if necessary.
