Defect found
Coffee machine water overflowing into waste box instead of cup. Best case just coffee gunk blocking exit. Worst case needs new funnel part.
Problem description + probable cause
As coffee is coming out, half is going into the drip tray behind the cup and half in the cup itself. I’ve descaled which helped for a little while but problem has started again.

What did you do to repair it?
Cleaned out coffee gunk and seal between pod and close mechanism and went from 30% in cup to 98% in cup. As good as it gets. Confirmed OK by owner.
