fan not turning, even though i can hear power to the motor

What did you do to repair it?
Took apart, cleaned a lot of grass out and applied oil in top and bottom of spindle. Repair was technically easy, but it can be difficult getting screws out underneath due to corrosion and damage to screw heads.
