What did you do to repair it?
Contacted Daewoo for support on help. Did some trial and error and Identified it as a 10ohm 3 watt fusable resistor. Removed the failed component and soldered in a replacement.

Best way to isolate a resistor that can't be identified from the board is to measure the length and diameter of the resistor, this will tell you the wattage if you use it as a search parameter in a supplier catalog. If you can't identify the ohms start from a higher ohm rating and work your way down. Too any ohms means the system won't get enough power.
