What did you do, what advice did you give?
disable sysmain service, deleted temp folder in user\apps\local. Downloaded powershell app from MSStore (but cannot run it). need to check if PC capable of running in normal mode before committing to normal mode as it cannot be switched back. No admin processes avaialable.
