What did you do, what advice did you give?
Owner provided replacement Bluetooth module, which has been fitted; thermal paste replaced on CPU as part of dismantling; unable to test due to lack of display, unit does not seem to power on without display connected but power LED light statically and power/eject switches are recognised, advised owner to test with a display and contact if necessary.
