What did you do, what advice did you give?
Removed tyre from rim and poked out thorns. The tyre is fitted without an inner tube. I advised buying a solid rubber tyre and offered to research a supplier on the internet. I will let the owner have details where to purchase and then fit to rim at next repair cafe.
