Magnet that controls the stirrer had come off base unit.

The light comes on to show its operating but goes off in under a minute. Milk warms only slightly, no agitation

What did you do, what advice did you give?
Glued magnet back onto base, but this didn't fix the agitator. It seems to warm milk better though

There are 3 clips that hold the button in place vertically. Can be prised open.
