What did you do, what advice did you give?
All wiring checked as client insisted bulb was not the issue, however when other bulbs were tested flickering did not occur. Client was advised to get a different bulb, but insisted that bulb was not the issue and went away feeling the lamp was still faulty.

It would have been useful to have access to other light to prove bulb was faulty.
