Niet duidelijk wat het defect is. Kop beweegt niet. Reparateur raadt aan iemand te zoeken met eenzelfde apparaat dat wel goed werkt, en kop daarvan op kapotte apparaat te zetten. Kijken of de kop dan wel beweegt.
