Older operating system upgraded which solved the printer problem but the mic jack might still have a problem.

Front microphone connector not working, operating system out of date and printer not working.

What did you do, what advice did you give?
Used remote desktop to upgrade operating system and fix printer connection and attempted to troubleshoot mic connection issue and determined that the mic was being picked up by the computer but the upgrade was ongoing at the end of our time so we don't know if that was fully resolved.
