De knop om stoom te maken werkt stroef, en als het toestel wat langer aanstaat produceert hij nauwelijks nog stoom als je de knop indrukt

Het toestel meermaals ontkalkt volgens de methode beschreven in de Philips GC2820 Strijkijzer Handleiding p.7, middels de Calc-Clean function. Daarbovenop de stoomgaatjes in de zool zuiver gemaakt.
Hierna bleek het toestel terug normaal te functioneren.

Do you have any suggestions for other repairers of this (or similar) product?
Vraag aan de gebruiker of ze wel regelmatig hebben ontkalkt (zonder azijn te gebruiken ; de meeste fabrikanten raden dit af). Blijkbaar wordt zelden of nooit de ontkalkfunctie gebruikt is mijn ervaring.
