Defect found
A small leak in one of the hose connections on the rightmost boiler (domed silver cylinder) when looking from front of the machine. The hose leaking was the hose located at approximately 12:00 when looking from the front of the machine.

Leaking when machine is turned on, while the boilers are heating.

What did you do, what advice did you give?
First I filled the reservoir with water. Then removed the back upper grated panel (removed two torx 20 screws on panel, and two phillips on inner lip at the top of the reservoir alcove. Then removed top panel (removed two deep phillips screws under control panel on the front). This gave good access to view the entire machine, and any potential leak points. Then turned the device on and immediately found water leaking out of aforementioned location.
Then removed the hose by taking out a small colder pin using a special curved needle. Two old and aged o-rings were found inside, we swapped the order of the o-rings. Tried powering on again but still leaked.
Advice given was to replace the two o-rings.
