Previous repair technician bent metal backplate and did poor soldering reassembly, causing keyboard to warp.

All keyboard keys don't work when pressed at the corners due to poor after market quality. Keyboard feels unstable when typing.

Replaced with keyboard from identical laptop model. Keyboard still usable without any soldering. Advised visitor to come next session to attempt soldering and flatten backplate, as soldering keyboard and backplate is very time-consuming and user needed to use laptop urgently

Have a mellet ready to flatten the bent metal backplate. This will really help the keyboard feel stable and responsive.
