What did you do, what advice did you give?
Removed accessible top brushes, has significant damage. Commutator seesm ok, but could do with a clean ground down top brush and reinstalled, now top doesn't spark but bottom still does. Recommended replacement of both brushes and cleaning commutator. Ordered parts and asked owner to come back to next cafe.
