What did you do to repair it?
Installed Linux Mint using the Repair Cafe Linux ISO. This turned out to be a quite difficult device to get working with alternate operating systems due to some issues with the SATA firmware, but there is a way! Arch Linux users found that the disk shows up after a suspend and resume https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Laptop/Acer#Aspire_3_A315-56_internal_storage_not_showing_up and I was able to convert this to an initramfs-tools boot script for Linux Mint/Ubuntu/Debian
