Capacitors replaced. Now works for a short while then fades. A/C to D/C Rectifier needs replacing.
Suitable rectifier diode plus 200 ohm resistors in series, to compensate for old diode being resistive, replaced. Now working properly.
Awaiting replacement power on light bulb.
