Bad display digitiser - backlight seems to work, digital board and PSU seem to work as plays audio; reseated and cleaned all ribbon cables/connectors to display but no change; one of the display digitiser boards has probably failed unfortunately. Difficult to economically diagnose without working spares to isolate fault.
