What did you do, what advice did you give?
Error code issues an issue with print head and/or logic board. Dismantled and inspected logic board no obvious issues. Dismantled and inspected head, absolutely soaked in ink. Cleaning/soak pads are saturated in ink. Recommended cleaning head, changing ink pads, then reassembling. May be more cost effective to replace.
