Half and/or advice given
What did you do, what advice did you give?
Windows 11 need secure boot, so entered Bios and to switch to secure boot, lots of warning about blanking encryption, so reentered Windows to get Windows key:
wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey
Installed Lenovo service bridge LSBSetup (runs but does nothing useful) - - working -no error message no ovious changes "Get Ready to Win 11 Upgrade" TPM Restart to fix Win 10 - UEFI settings secure boot [Disabled] but supported. Restart to have TPM2.0.
Health Check - i5-5800U not supported for Win 11, but Secure boot and TPM 2.0 are now both enabled.
Try Rufus - https://windowsforum.com/threads/how-to-install-windows-11-using-rufus-bypass-restrictions-and-create-local-account.348702/#google_vignette - https://www.solveyourtech.com/how-to-use-rufus-to-install-windows-11-a-step-by-step-guide/
