Motor und Kondensator defekt. Der Kondensator 3 µF hatte viel Öl verloren, hatte noch 35 pF. Wurde zum Testenn mit 2 µF 400V~ ersetzt.

Durch Ohm-Messungen der 3 Motoranschlüsse wurde ermittelt, dass 1 der beiden Wicklungen einen (Kurz-)Schluss hat. 80 / 81 / 2,3 Ohm.
