Plastic Seat pad of this really comfortable office chair is broken and cracked in many places.

What did you do to repair it?
Hot stapled across the many cracks and breaks. Pins broken off. Used Zap a Gap (super Superglue), Q bond filling and reinforcing powder and concrete powder.
