Pendulum down to lowest setting which would slow the clock. The bearings are very dry which would make the problem worse.

What did you do to repair it?
Oiled all bearings and reset pendulum to factory position. Running fast. At some time, the suspension spring has been replaced with a shorter one but the pendulum is now set to compensate.
