What did you do to repair it?
Tightened up elastic of arms by threading new elastic through arm hooks, old/original elastic still in place as requested by 'vintage' standards, i.e. nothing has been removed from the original doll. Not a perfect job as quite tricky!! Arms could be tighter, but not possible without removing existing elastic, which probably also create other issues as there is the elastic is connected inside the doll to all the limbs, once again not possible without damaging the authenticity of the doll

It is key to check with owner what they are happy for you to do in order to carry out a repair, as in this case with a vintage, while the doll was broken and the owner wanted it mending, she did not want any more mending than was possible while still keep all the original components of the doll. Especially essential when the owner will not be present when the repair is being carried out.
