Gevonden defect
Cleaned and recoiled bearings. Escapement sticking so removed dial to clean front gears. The front plate has been modified at sone time as it dies not match the back plate. Possibly the bearings were worn and the plates were changed. Now the escapement is worn and the bearings need refurbishing again. That work is very likely to cost a lot more than the value of the clock.
