The cd player would not find the disc sometimes, very slow to find tracks. Tilt it by 10 degrees and it works, found on one forum that tilting it takes the weight off the cd drive motor, were the bearings gone in the motor? Oiled drive motor and it worked like magic. Changing the laser drive at some expense did not fix it.
