Have checked gong train which seems to run normally, cannot check striking/chiming mechanisms without mounting the clock. Advice - carefully remove red sticky tape holding chains and hook the weights on. Mount the pendulum following the instructions in leaflet and start clock. If it runs for 24 hours, set the time following the written instruction.
