Found the user manual online but the information contained in the manual is too basic. It does not explain the PCB so we are having trouble figuring out the polarity of the capacitor pin to solder onto the board.
Update: We figured out the polarity and soldered the new capacitor onto the PCB. When we tested the charger there was a very small explosion. We opened the charger again to inspect. This time the capacitor is still intact, it was the PCB that blew up.
