The two broken pieces of plastic seat were temporarily welded together with soldering iron. Then fitted two supporting plates beneath the seat across the join with loctite and crews. For additional support, made a wooden top for the seat which has been glued and screwed in place, painted to match, then sealed with varnish.
Done our best, hope it will be fine, if it breaks again - please take to mending next time
